PISCES NEW MOON February 21 2012 – Expanding Your Energy Through Imagination

Here we go again. I think that fog I speak about in this post has already hit me. (I kept thinking the New Moon here was on the 22^nd.) The New Moon shows up at 5:35pm EST on Tuesday, February 21, 2012 in Pisces at 2deg.42 min. Are you ready to create and/or heal? The New Moon in Pisces is conjunct Neptune which has just gone into Pisces in the last couple of weeks. It also is near Chiron, our wound. Since this energy is really strong you may want to take a look as to which house in your chart the New Moon falls. This would be a good time to take that Pisces energy which is transcendent and go out of the wound into a new place of creativity. Neptune is about spirit and so is the New Moon. Have you kept your faith strong? I am referring to that which is within you. There could be a bit of mind fog present. Possibly some real fog will appear on the land too! Make sure you have your foghorn handy. <grin> The following are highlighted by the New Moon: compassion, secrets, intuition, enlightenment and imagination; also institutions. Make that creation now. You can really use this New Moon energy to bring something quite moving to others. Use your imagination to expand the energy.

Have you noticed how the energy is changing hour by hour? I felt so out of sorts for awhile today because I have become extra sensitive to the energy out there. And it was quite weird today. You would think that since many of you have off on President’s Day that things would have felt calmer?  Obviously, because more of you stayed home, the underlying energy of the region was more noticeable with less traffic. Has anyone else felt that energy in the past few days? It will continue to amplify each day forward.

Let’s take a look at what else is occurring with the New Moon. Do you feel like a part of your life is being transformed, cleared out. Are you still living in the past holding onto the last residue of another time and place? Pluto is in the first 10 degrees of Capricorn so it is still within a good aspect to the New Moon. Pluto in Capricorn is going after the old structures, the underlying foundations of big business and outmoded religions among other things. Pluto likes to clear out everything that it touches and I mean everything. If you are on your path moving along, having good intentions, you may have to recognize the things that no longer serve your truth and let them go. And many of you will resist, I know that and you may find yourself struggling and hanging on for dear life. I suggest let go now before it gets rougher than you choose. Why rough? Because Pluto wants you to walk your truth and stop pretending that what you are doing is right for you. And if it isn’t right for you then how can the world benefit. If you are on track there may be bumps but no real resistance. On top of this is Saturn retrograding ever so slowly. Saturn in Libra retrograde is making you take a good look at what you have in your life depending where it falls in your chart and then taking another look and redoing parts of relationships or family matters or work stuff. Saturn stays in retrograde motion until later June. It is tedious but it makes you pay attention to what you choose to have. It is trine (in good aspect) to the New Moon in Pisces. Other aspects going on that are affecting you at this juncture besides Pluto and Saturn are Venus in Aries which has been squaring Pluto (can you say obsession and or power struggles) and moving on; Jupiter in Taurus trine Pluto (lucky times and some expansion); and Mercury which is sextile to Pluto (more honesty and clearer communication).

So, dear ones, what is going to happen to you? Since this is a time to state your intentions for the coming month, will you create a new beginning? Or will you get stuck in the past again, holding on for reasons that have nothing to do with your truth. The truth is coming to the forefront. There is much behind the scenes activity going on in the world. In the next months the energy is speeding up and March may bring a tipping point on our Earth. Are you prepared to take a cosmic leap of faith in the next month? You are being asked to keep positive no matter what is going on. The PTW (Powers that Were) are running scared and Pluto in Capricorn is like the bulldozer which is out of control at times. Watch things shift once again. It may not be very pretty; no fear intended.  If you have been creating, then intend that the perfect person will find your amazing creation, love it and take it to the world. Is that too crazy a thought for you? It is the now moment. Create, have faith, intend, improvise and love. How can you forget love? Yes, there may be a wound present. Give it up already. Let it heal and send love to those who truly are in need of it. Send love and compassion to those who matter to you. Without expressing the love to whom you are deeply connected, there is nothing. This is a time of soul mates/twin flames. Are you with that person? If not, you may find her/him soon in your life. Reach out to your partner/friend today and speak of the depth of your love. The opportunity is now to tie up loose ends, revamp ideas and take a deep breath until it is time to take a giant leap SOON. Once Saturn goes direct in June, life will begin to move forward dramatically. Pluto may hold us up a bit in the timeframe yet, things will show themselves. New beginnings can be firmly implanted. Let the greatest love happen to you.

Before I close, in my chart the New Moon is in my 10^th house which happens to be my public image or my career? Says I may be in the spotlight. And I was all set to hide in my basement. Seriously, I know this will be a time of great activity. And all I wanted to do is rest. One more day and then it begins. Eeek!

Valentine’s Day, Love, and Whitney Houston -Feburary 14 2012

Happy Valentine’s Day – the day the world stops to celebrate love. There is a frenzy to buy cards, gifts and any bauble or bangle there is for your favorite sweetie. I am a big fan of the day. I thought I would get lots of cards.  Of course, Valentine’s Day is only one day. Celebrating love for one day and forgetting it the rest of the year is crazy? Do you forget about expressing love beyond this day? If anyone has an answer for me I would love to hear it. How many of you actually tell your dream girl/guy that you love them on other days? Do you say it more than once, every so often? Many have told me you don’t need to say it all the time because it is understood by your actions. Well, honey, I love to hear the words and you know what, why not give me what makes me feel good? Oh, I know, no one can make another happy, but it sure does boost one’s mood at times to hear those three words. If it makes your dream girl/guy’s day by hearing those three little words, what is the hesitation? By failing to express one’s feelings, doesn’t that build up some kind of volcano ready to explode? And then one day you no longer can keep it in and along comes a big bang. Tell that dream girl/guy that you love them if you do. Possessing someone is far from love. I see that too often around me. Are you one of those who gives love little credence and prefers to sacrifice that part of your life for approval, control and money with so little interest in intimate partnerships? How many do that? I think it is a rampant disease. Love is worth it. Have you ignored expressing love due to old patterns, habits, desires? I hear some of you saying you don’t really care about love. Well, no one said you had to care about it. Just express it, show it, and send it out to everyone. Too many are jaded and want the easy road. So, you were hurt a few times along the way. BIG DEAL! What’s the fear about? May get hurt again…obviously you didn’t understand why that person came in your life. Maybe it was bad timing. Maybe you needed to have a trigger to clear out the sludge of the past and see the truth about yourself. Love is. How sad to go through life without feeling LOVE. God is Love and Love is God.

There is no hesitation for me to express how I feel. That is being authentic. When I feel good I allow myself to share my joy. If I am having a down day for whatever reason, then do I share my feelings? Should I hide in a corner and wait for the mood to pass so others see only the positive in me?  Hey, wonderful you, my need to express is just as important as your need to express. Of course, sometimes you and I both get carried away and say things that may be insensitive or hurtful. (I am not talking about abusive relationships here.) Should we break off the connection because that happened whether in friendship or love? Heck no. That’s taking it personally and nothing is worth taking personal. Get over it already. Yes, there are some who would say I haven’t gotten over some stuff. Oh, I have. Takes longer sometimes to clear out the debris and let go the old habits, patterns involved. And in right timing it is released. Nothing happens instantly unless you have mastered it. And if it does, believe me it comes back sooner than later to check you out and see if you really let go. Have you?  Love has no controls. You cannot demand a partner or a friend to be the way you fantasize them to be. Wouldn’t that be a fun time? Hey, love, be in my life filled with sharing and laughter but if I choose to control you, I will. Love and control have no connection. Love is always about the other. The more you give love, the more you get back a hundredfold. And it will come back in ways that you least expect, sometimes so far different than what you intended that you may fail to recognize it at first. Remember it is for your highest good.

When I mentioned about repressing feelings and eventual explosiveness, I found something in Whitney Houston’s chart that indicated this. She was an angel sent from above to share her gift with the world. I had the pleasure of seeing her perform many years ago in the 90s. It was extraordinary. What a personable lady (very Leo) with lots of verve. Yet there was a dark side that reared its ugly head when she met and married Bobby Brown (my opinion). She began to feel insecure and not being able to live up to the adulation. Although she was magnetic and filled with charisma before her marriage, the darkness crept in through projection. The last few months she had Pluto transit squaring her Mars in Libra which gave her more ambition possible. Pluto pumps up the energy and since Mars is energy, it is over the top. With whom did she have a power struggle at this time? The other side of the coin is any suppressed anger still lingering within could bring some very shady characters to her life or danger. It is not what it seems. She ticked someone off recently, maybe even that day, because she did not agree with what was said and it was very emotional for her. She stuck to her guns about her feelings and someone did not like it. It had to do with a partnership. She was NOT going to kill herself. Why would she? Have you jumped on the media bashing bandwagon before all the facts are in?  Maybe you need to think for yourself. Didn’t she fly to California for this celebration and the Grammy’s? More to this then anyone is saying. Who was in her room before she died? Mars was retro in her 7^th house of partnerships conjunct her fated VERTEX. Wow, now I wonder if…..?  And I bet the ranch it wasn’t done by her. It was building for weeks. Someone was not happy with her. If she wanted to kill herself, why fly out to the West Coast when she could have done it anywhere. I was appalled that they actually had that party when she was dead in another part of the hotel. Crass. Why not wait until the next day and then do a tribute party? Is this what America has become? I doubt that was a loving response on their part. Can you say zombies? We will always love you Whitney. RIP.

FULL MOON in LEO February 7 2012 – Is anyone listening?

Have you noticed the speed of life lately? In a flash it is now February 2012. The FULL MOON in LEO is now upon us a little over 24 hours from now. It appears on February 7, 2012 at 4:54pm EST at 18 deg. 32 min. Sun is in Aquarius with its detachment and cool appearance. The Sun has a logical approach to thinking and is truly about the mind. Of course, the Full Moon being in Leo brings us the dramatic, the warm, the expressive part of the cycle. Leo wants that attention that no one seems to want to give this time around. Leo expresses in a grand manner and loves to feel. Wherever you have the Full Moon in your chart will show you where you need to compromise this time. Do you want it your way fully? Not happening. You need to find the inner balance now. If you choose to be uncooperative, drama strikes. Aquarius Sun is pulling you back to cool approach to life; oh dear me. Leo is definitely saying that there is more to life than just logic. Where is your heart, Aquarius? Leo needs that heart. Leo wants to say something and no one is listening or paying attention. If a blow up occurs, that is the reason. Balance!!!!!!

Lately, the way of the world has been to frown upon emotional communication. Let’s take the love out of life. Who needs it? Let’s all be drones and work nicely in your little cubicles, labs, storefronts. Say nothing except what is necessary. Go to work, think about only what you are told to think and get rid of extraneous communication. NOT going to happen. You and I and many others are starting to see the reality of life on this Planet Earth. Cool, coolness, cold, frozen. Have you become one of those who are caught in the abyss which exudes the dark and dank? Oh, no, I went off track. Not really. This fiery Full Moon in Leo is going to bring about a wakeup call to all those not paying attention. March is soon upon us. What does it matter? The March winds will blow in a major turn of events for some of you. Do you choose that? If it is a positive time, sure do. I frown upon doomsayers, yet I need to say that March may be turning tides.

Relationships at this time of the Full Moon in Leo are in need of compromise especially if there is a decision on the table. There is balance to be had in love, creativity and with children. It is far from one-sided at this time. It is not only about you and what you want or demand. Sorry. It is about others who are also involved. COOPERATIVE EFFORTS! And expression between parties is paramount to resolving anything. What do you choose to do next in your relationships? Where do you intend it to go? You need to find your inner harmony.This Full Moon in Leo marches on to a higher place in your life if you let it take you there. Relationships are beginning to be affected for better or worse.

With Venus going into Aries this week creative exploring comes to the forefront.Also it meets up with Uranus on February 9. Watch out for crazy behavior which may be the breakthrough needed to get through the wall.  Soon things will be very different. This will depend on you and what you choose. Do you find stress within and without? Get rid of it. When was the last time you truly laughed from your authentic self? This full moon will only exacerbate it if you fail to communicate your desires. What are you waiting for? This is a time to have courage. Or do you wish to move on?

Mercury is directly opposite the Full Moon. Ouch.  Here we go. I just noted that you need to have clear communication at this time. Well, dear ones, unless you go beyond the childhood quirks and issues, it will be pretty tough to actualize this due to some confusion that hangs on from those olden times. Also there is the possibility of mixed up thoughts of fantasy and reality. If you have any hidden aspects in your life, trying to cover them up so others never get wind of them, then I suggest you hide yourself in a less accessible place. The ducks are coming off the pond or those skeletons in the closet are coming out of hiding very soon. STOP —STOP playing the victim. If you continue to stoke the fire at this time, the burns will be severe. Play it safe.

Saturn in Libra is now turning stationary retrograde at 29 degrees Libra on the Full Moon day. What exactly does that indicate?  It is a slowing down. This is a time to reassess commitments in business and relationships. The slow down takes place into June 2012. There is a see saw pattern in the Full Moon chart and cooperation and compromise is important as I said in the beginning of the post. Without it, major distancing in relationships and with children can occur. Think before acting. The fixed signs of Taurus, Leo, Scorpio and Aquarius are affected between 15-21degrees. Stress maximized. Take a deep breath.

Oh, yes, my Sun is squared by the Full Moon. Some challenges come to me regarding those things which have gotten less attention lately. Possibly my authority is challenged and or extra sensitivity on my part. On the other hand, any tensions in relationships can be resolved before they smolder too much. Restlessness appears, some crises, (didn’t this just happen?) and need to communicate or frustration results.

Watch your words around the time of the Full Moon. Cooperate, compromise, reassess. Reach within for the strength needed to harness the great forces that are surrounding you. I pulled the Horse as my meditative tool this time. Horse is about strength. Horse shows you that you have the ability to stand up to those who try to keep you from being your authentic self. Horse will help you prepare to ride into the future to do what you came to do. Call on Horse.
